The German-American League is the Organization of the German Clubs in Greater Los Angeles and the South Bay. For the 100th anniversary of the League, the DAV issued a book that commemorates their 100 year history and also the history of the member clubs which date back as far as 1871 (Los Angeles Turners) and includes many historic photos. The DAV offers this book online for a donation of $5 plus shipping and handling. The DVD is available for a donation of $10. It includes the highlights of the Anniversary Gala Dinner on April 9, 2005 with various Speeches including the one of Actor Eric Braeden.
